Easter in the cellar

As somebody has to work even when it is Easter Weekend, it's Stiaans, Rinos and my turn to do the routine jobs like sugars, pump overs, punch downs, ...

Yesterday I took samples of nearly 100 barrels and we tasted them afterwards to get opinions which barrels can go into which blend and of course if there are some Brett barrels to quarantine them. Because Brett is for Adam and Stiaan as worse as for me, gladly.

Today is the 56km Two Oceans Marathon and Adam and Regi are among the competitors. Rino and I will make a quick visit of Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope during our jobs this afternoon, but I believe that's the only interruption of our routine this weekend.

    Hallo Franz!
    Wenn du deine Seite weiter in englisch führen willst, seh ich mich gezwungen sprachlich weiter zu bilden. Meine Englisch-Kenntnisse sind leider katastrophal. Ich war vorige Woche mit meinem Sohn in Kalifornien und habe dort von dem amerikanischen Hundegebell von einem englisch fast nichts verstanden.
